Nick Raftopoulos
Director
Nick is a provisional psychologist (PSY0002470998) currently completing a Master of Psychology (Organisational) at Deakin University. As a fitness industry professional with over 20 years’ experience and the Director of Black Wolf Training, Nick provides a range of services covering general physical preparedness, specialised sport performance and critical incident response training. These include military defensive tactics, S.P.E.A.R training, OVA training, stress inoculation and psycho-education training relating to fear, stress, violence, and aggression.
Nick is also the Director of Natural Born Heroes (NBH) established in 2019. NBH is a personal safety management program specifically developed for organisations experiencing occupational violence and aggression (OVA).
Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA), a Graduate Diploma of Psychology from Swinburne University, a Post Graduate Diploma of Psychology (Advanced) from Monash University.

Antony Edwards
Director
Antony is an actuary and technology professional with over 30 years' experience developing technical solutions for top-tier companies, locally and internationally.
Antony specialises in applying computational modelling, AI and machine learning to operational efficiency and other real-world problems.
Specialties: data analytics, enterprise software development and transformation, emerging technologies.

Jo Tran
Chief Technology Officer
Experienced software implementation consultant with over 24 years of helping organizations successfully adopt and optimise technology solutions. Skilled in translating business requirements into practical systems, leading end-to-end implementations, and delivering effective user training that drives adoption and business value.
Known for strong client relationships, clear communication, and the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. Passionate about improving business processes, solving complex problems, and ensuring technology delivers measurable results.
Anhtu Nguyen
Chief Product Officer
Anhtu's skillset and experience extends across diverse domains and industries such as engineering, product development, media, marketing and branding. He has worked with large multi-nationals and some of Australia's largest companies. His skillset is his ability to connect the dots to see the bigger picture and engineer solutions that add an extra dimension of empowerment to businesses.
A background of taking ideas, building and crafting products and driving it to market has been Anhtu's passion for the past 30 years. He is passionate about helping businesses who aspire to be the best potential that they can be.
Rachael Foo
Head of Data Analytics
Rachael is an actuary, and a seasoned data professional with a proven track record in leading teams and driving complex projects across various sectors in Australia, including funds management, superannuation, and FMCG. She is passionate about leveraging data to drive informed decision-making.
Her unique approach blends design thinking, analytics, and storytelling, enabling her to grasp user needs profoundly and deliver solutions with substantial business impact. Rachael is particularly adept at project leadership and user-centered design.
Rachael holds a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Actuarial Science from the University of Melbourne. She is a Certified Practitioner in Design Thinking from the LUMA Institute, as well as an Associate of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia (AIAA). Her expertise lies in business intelligence, data transformation, analytics, visualization, management, UX, and quantitative modeling.
Andre Reich
Head of Business Transformation
Andre has procured a very robust business career in Australia working across multiple retail formats in operations, general management and Chief Executive Officer roles. Recently he has broadened his leadership experience working in early childhood education sector. With his empowered leadership skills and intrinsic knowledge delivering culture led commercial customer solutions, Andre has sustainably increased the value and appeal of brands, business units and organisations throughout his career. He has a proven track record in “fixing” businesses through embedding strong yet simple cultures supported by operating systems that enable the businesses to commercially deliver the brand USP to its customers, whilst also delivering growth to its shareholders.
Andre holds an executive certificate in marketing, Wesfarmers executive development program and is a member of YPO.
Louis Nicolopoulos

Louis is a Financial Professional that has held senior roles for more than 10 years spanning advisory, fund raising and principal investments.
Louis has a proven track record in development and implementation of fund raising requirements, Secondary Offerings and Placements. Louis has also led private equity investments, and has been involved in the establishment of an investment fund seeking investments in private direct financing, illiquid credit and growth-oriented opportunities in Europe and the UK.
Louis holds a Bachelor and Honours in Commerce (Accounting & Finance) from Monash University, and a Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA). He is also a certified member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) in the United Kingdom.
