The Company
Twinsight is a multidisciplinary technology company that helps organisations move beyond prediction into precise, proactive improvement. We digitise expertise and leverage data through proprietary AI-simulation, advanced modelling, and organisational psychology—transforming complexity into actionable strategies. Our approach empowers organisations to reveal hidden drivers of performance, test strategies safely, and follow a precise path of continual improvement.
Founded in 2019 in Melbourne, Australia, Twinsight was established with the mission of uniting organisational psychology, artificial intelligence, and simulation to strengthen performance, resilience, and psychosocial safety across industries.
The Technology
Twinsight combines proprietary AI-simulation with Human-Machine Teaming (HMT) to solve complex organisational challenges. By integrating human expertise with advanced modelling, we create digital twin environments where real-world dynamics—such as culture, risk, performance, and operations—can be safely explored, tested, and optimised.
In practice, subject-matter experts remain deeply involved in shaping models, ensuring assumptions reflect operational reality and capturing the nuances that purely data-driven approaches often miss. Proprietary AI techniques—including probabilistic modelling, reinforcement learning, and simulation at scale—then drive these environments, rapidly forecasting impacts, testing alternative strategies, and uncovering hidden drivers of performance.
The result is a closed feedback loop: experts guide the simulation, AI models generate predictive outputs, and decision-makers interpret the results to refine actions. This enables both system-wide optimisation (e.g., workforce planning, incident reduction, resource allocation) and fine-grained insights (e.g., identifying high-impact attributes, evaluating interventions). In doing so, Twinsight moves organisations beyond prediction to proactive transformation—digitising expertise and leveraging data into actionable strategies that deliver measurable improvement.
